Hadeeth
On the Authority of Jaabir (Radhiallaahu Anhu) who said the Prophet (Sallaahu alayhee Wasallam) said, “The slaugtering/sacrifice of a Pregnant animal also includes the slaughtering/sacrifice of its womb” . (Sunan abee Dawood 2/34-35 no.2828, Sunan Tirmidhee 1/178 no.1476)
Hanafee Fiqh
“Whoever slaughtered/sacrifice a female camel or a cow and find is a dead offspring in the stomach then it is not permissible to eat it or to be used as food.” (Hidaayah Akharain 4/440)
