If someone says the people who held if they caught the Ruku without the recitation (of Soorah Faatihah) were not from amongst the people of Ahlun-Nadhar (ie non-faqeeh’s.  Then it will be said to them that some claimants of Ijmaa (consensus) have agreed the period for breast feeding a child is two and half years but this opposes the speech of Allaah as Allaah said,  “the period for suckling is a total of 2 years”and they also hold there is no harm in using a wild pig, and they hold it permissible to use the sword on the Ummah of Muhammad, and they consider the command of Allaah before and after to be created, and they agree upon such things (thinking themselves to be jurists)…. So these people have the most Nadhar (ie jurisprudence) who recite Soorah Faatihah
